D. Payment Plan Options:

Option I - Payment in Full: Pay 100% of the tuition fees directly to CCS in check or money order by August 3, 2009 and receive a 4% discount.

Option II - Semi-Annual Payments: Make two installemtns automatically transferred from you checkings or savings account on the 5th of August and January via FACTS tuition payment system and receive a 3% discount. There will be a $15 enrollment fee* automatically deducted from your account when your enrollment is processed.

Option III - Make (10) monthly installments automatically transferred from your checking or savings account on the 5th of each month starting August 5, 2009 and ending May 5, 2010 via FACTS tuition payment system. There will be a $41 enrollment fee* automatically deducted from your acount when your erollment is processed.

Option IV - Make ten (10) monthly installments automatically transferred from your credit card on the 5th of each month starting August 5, 2009 and ending May 5, 2010 via FACTS tuition payment system. There will be $41 enrollment fee* automatically deducted from your account when your enrollment is processed. There will be an additional 2.5% fee if this option is elected.
*Enrollment fee may be changed by the FACTS Company
E. Tuition Discounts:

10% tuition discount for the second (third, fourth, etc.) child enrolled. Full payment is required of the child that has the highest tuition.

4% tuition discount is given for those using 1-payment plan.
- 3% tuition discount for 2-payment plan.

CCS and NCFC Staff Discount: 50% for full time staff over 30 hours a week; 25% discount for 20 hours a week or more; 10% for less than 20 hours.
