Registration Procedure

I. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Registration is complete when all the registration forms have been submitted to the Covenant Christian School (CCS) office, along with the application fees.
Children will be placed in a class based on the registration date and space availability.
** We ask parents not to request a certain teacher.

II. REGISTRATION DATES

 1.  Priority Registration for New Covenant Fellowship Church members and current school  students and  siblings will start:

Sunday, Jan. 17th, 2010


2.  General Registration will start on:

Saturday, Jan. 30th, 2010


III REQUIRED FORMS

A. Forms required for registration
  1. Registration Form
  2. Tuition Agreement
  3. Statement of Cooperation
  4. General Release Form
  5. Video and Photo Waiver and Release
  6. Emergency Cards (not available online, must be picked up in office)
  7. Student's Medical

B. Additional Forms to be submitted by August 5, 2010*

  1. Health Inventory
  2. Health Inventory Addendum
  3. Maryland Immunization Certificate*
  4. Emergency Form

IV Uniform Policy

Parents, please be advised that CCS upholds a uniform policy for students in P4 and up. Uniform policies are available for download under Registration Downloads. For further information please visit the Student Life section of our website.
